Welcome to Mesa Vista Apartments, a welcoming affordable housing community located along Newport Boulevard in Costa Mesa. Currently home to 40 well-appointed studio units featuring modern finishes, efficient appliances, and functional living spaces. Mesa Vista is expanding—with an additional 46 units opening mid-April, bringing the community to a total of 86 homes. These new units are reserved for residents who live or work in Costa Mesa or have ties or connections to the City of Costa Mesa, ensuring locals have access to affordable housing in their own community. Residents enjoy thoughtful onsite amenities including laundry facilities, shared community spaces, a community garden, computer lab with Wi-Fi, and outdoor gathering areas that encourage connection and active living.
