  My tour at Mediterranean Village Apartments was outstanding! I love how you feel like you’re in a tropical paradise. Daniel was my tour guide and an outstanding customer service provider! He showed me around the grounds, the sparkling pools, the well-kept and manicured property, showed me a couple of different floor plans, and we talked about prices. He also pointed out all the amenities, and he was very helpful and pleasant..

  I had a great experience with Mediterranean Village. Nicole, Daniel and Luis were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They were always professional, friendly, responsive, and made everything much easier for us. They took the time to answer our questions and helped us with every step.   I moved into my apartment almost two months ago and wanted to share how much I love the community. My leasing agent, Daniel Trout, was incredibly patient and attentive, answering all of my questions and showing me various units. My apartment is very quiet, and I feel extremely safe walking around with my service dog. The neighbors are great, and I love the central Costa Mesa location. Additionally, the maintenance crew is awesome and truly cares about the complex. I am looking forward to staying here for as long as I can.

  I’ve lived here at Mediterranean Village about 7 years and overall, I’m really pleased with my experience. Amenities are great and complex is maintained clean. Fun events are organized throughout the year for community. There’s been a couple hiccups with other residents, but management has always been helpful during these situations. I’d like to recognize Daniel in the leasing office for always greeting us in a friendly manner and being so helpful! We know we can count on him to address any concerns or questions we might have.
