  When I first rent here the management was so great helpful doing her job perfect but after the new management she took over the complex got worse no towing company number on the gates every time people take my parking I can’t do anything about it and every time I go to the office and I complain they give me answers just to leave and never fix it and every tow month they change new app to pay the rent I lost 350 dollars because of that and no one care and every time I try to call never pick up there phone I been like this for 3 weeks never got call back I really I use to be really happy here but I can’t deal with it anymore I can’t wait tell my lease to finshe I pay too high rent for nothing if you read my review please just run don’t think twice to rent here

  If I could give this place a NEGATIVE amount of stars I would! The Assistant Manager Val’s behavior was EXTREMELY disgusting, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I came in for a showing for a 1 bedroom and the assistant manager, told me to show myself around in their clubhouse and fitness room while she looked up potential units to show me that were available. She then took roughly 10 minutes to do so, just to bring me outside of the leasing office, to show me 1 unit that was the “cheapest” option. I then let her know I didn’t want to see the “cheapest” option, I wanted to get an idea of ALL the units available to see which one fit best for me. When I asked her again if there were other units available, she said yes; so I proceeded to ask her if she can show them to me. She eventually came back outside by the pool area to show me the 2nd unit she had but let me know this one is much more “expensive” then what she was showing for the first unit. I let her know that I still wanted to continue and see the model, as I came there to do so and in hopes to potentially securing a 1Bedroom. She left her keys in leasing office, so again had to wait for her to come back outside to do the showing. At this point I was already feeling weary and felt discriminated against due to my age and her not thinking I met qualifications or could “afford” to live there. During the showing the Assistant Manager would not let me look at the apartment without her hovering over the entire time. The fiasco then starts! In her office, after confidential conversations I will not be explaining for obvious reasons; I respectfully said we are no longer interested in this place, stood up and was getting ready to walk out the door; the Assistant Manager brushed/rushed past me to beat me to the door, hitting me with her chest and shoulder, she then starts yelling “you need to leave get out of here, your not welcomed here no longer, etc.” At this time I looking for the Manager to discuss my experience here, and the Assistant Manager yells saying I need to get out her leasing office and go sit down outside of the office. I then tried asking for her name, and she stated with attitude “she didn’t have one,” so I tried walking back to her office to get her card, and she started chanting “Security Security, I need some help in here” As I couldn’t find a card I went out of the leasing office as the Manager said she would be right with me as soon as she gets off the phone. The Assistant Manager proceeded to tell me you need to “sit down over there, go sit down” and shut the door closed on me. I talked to the Manager explained my side of the story and I got a sorry for your experience. I have never in my life wrote a bad review let alone a review this long, but if it will save you from getting treated this way I will most definitely share my experience.

  Unable to trust the listed prices. I was charged an application fee for a monthly rent they did not intend to honor and so far have not been refunded the application fee.

  Un trabajo de emergencia como esto debería de ser diario es EMERGENCIA , tengo un mes esperando por alguien quien me ayude!!! Mis niños no merecen esto tendré que traen un especialista yo mismo.. lamentable
