  New tenant. Move in The process was so quick from application to signing a lease. Teresa worked diligently to ensure my desired move in date. Our initial walk thru for 2 units and the property grounds was smooth, not rushed and to the point. I look fwd to the coming months on being part of a new community. The welcoming was a great start

  Great moving experience. Terese made the tour a very pleasant experience and communication was easy. Day of move in was great without any issues and the apartment was clean and great shape. Would recommend 👍

  My son has been renting here for two years. Monday thru Thursday I call Brookwood Villa Apartments my home because I take care of my grandson. When repairs are needed Brian comes in a timely fashion and is always professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I could not give him a higher rating. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept clean and grass trimmed. If I needed to rent this would be the place.

  I LOVE living here at Brookwood Villas Apartments. The staff is professional, approachable and very helpful. Teresa and Madison do everything they can to keep this apartment complex clean, safe, and filled with happy tenants. The maintenance team is hard working and super friendly. Shout out to Brian and his team for all the work they do around this beautiful community. Check out Brookwood Villas Apartments. You want to live here!!
