  My exceptional experience began the moment I walked through the door. Pablo, the Assistant Community Director, greeted me warmly, showed me the available units, and took the time to explain the community. After several disappointing apartment tours, his kindness and professionalism made this experience truly refreshing. That same level of service has continued since moving in. Michelle, the Community Director, is an exceptional leader who is accessible, responsive, and genuinely committed to the resident experience. You can tell her team respects her leadership by the care and professionalism they demonstrate. Ben, the new Leasing Agent, is equally present, attentive, and always ready to assist. The entire maintenance team is 10/10! Jorge and Erwann respond quickly and handle requests with professionalism, care, and real solutions. Having worked in property management and lived in several apartment communities, I can confidently say this is the best resident experience I’ve had. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a welcoming community. Your care and dedication do not go unnoticed!

  Horrible, Horrible, horrific, terrible… truly awful!! It’s simple, don’t tour! Don’t do it! Makes sense why someone set this place on fire before it was built!! Just saying DON’T MOVE HERE!!!

  The new manager Michelle is terrible, she has an attitude all the time and talks to people with smart remarks instead of worrying about the problems in the building. The security is really bad, homeless people sleep in the staircases, and walk through the cars to see what doors are left unlocked. The pool is always dirty, and the apartments are not kept clean. Packages get stolen all the time, including our expensive gifts we had and were never able to receive or even get information on who stole them even tho there is a camera in the mail room and that was all the way in December. The manager even took away our access to get into the garage, because without evidence she said we never paid for a parking spot. Meanwhile we have all the paperwork to the parking spot we were assigned along with at the time we moved in which was almost a full year ago, parking was free for one vehicle and then you have to pay for any vehicle after that. Instead of reviewing that they took out access to our car for a week until we threaten to get her manager involved. All around since they have gotten a new management team everything has gone down hill! The manager Michelle is gonna run that apartment into the grown.

  The women who work here stole all of the belongings of a friend of mine, who lived there while she was moving out. She tried to file police reports, and they got a restraining order against her and tried to make it out like she was crazy. When I went to discuss it with them because my friend couldn’t she wasn’t allowed on the property all the women who work there were dressed and head to toe and my friends clothings and handbags everything. When I told them why I was there and made a comment about their clothing, they freaked out and called the cops and tried to get a restraining order against me as well. I’m not gonna say that this is why my friend killed herself, but it definitely played a part. She sold clothing for a living, and most of the stuff in the house was her work that she was trying to sell so when they took all of her stuff, she had no way to make money. All of her assets were in her belongings and she just couldn’t find the will to live. Am I saying that the people who worked there killed her? yes. Yes that is what I’m saying.
