  Would be a nice apartment complex to live in -- if management could get their head out of their behind. Been here for three years now. There is an aura of laziness, stupidity, and utter incompetence that emanates from everything they do around here. I've had enough, will be looking for a new facility when my lease is up....

  Lived here for a couple of years loved it at first. But then the renovations started and they raised the rent!!. The basketball court being closed really broke my son’s heart. Eventually I had to break my lease due to the rent being raised so high for a one bedroom. The fact it was $1900 to almost 2300 I couldn’t afford it.

  Went in this morning to ask about an apartment and the lady at desk was so rude and abrupt. She suggested I sit down and she would ask the questions first. I asked her about the third floor and she and she informed me that I’d have to figure out movers. I just ask if there was an elevator. When asked to speck to her manager she turned around and started speaking loudly to the managers attention. Don’t rent here

  I really dont' want to give any stars. This placed is horrible to live here. Do not rent from them unless you are desperate and even then live with other people. I was lied to so many times and was not given any great customer service. They lied to me when I was moving in saying that the place I already signed for was not going to be ready for 30 days the day before we were going to move in. they tried to bully me into something I didn't want I had to push back and threaten to go to the BBB to get my price point at a ready apartment. While I was moving out after 3 years due to a lie from the property management saying they couldn't keep our rent at the same number decided to retract and tell me that they were missed informed by corperate, I was told I had to reasign a new contract making it valid which is against their own contract policy. This makes me sad because the maintenance had alwasy been stellar but the property management does not know what they are doing at all. They lie and act like not communicating is okay and assuming that they can take almost all your deposit with out a courtesy is okay. I am glad to be done and move out to a house that is half the prices of rent in a tiny box apartment that they deem quality.
