  Honestly, don’t move here. I’ve lived here for quite a few years and it’s really not worth it. The area is crime ridden. The apts are next to a wash. There are constantly cars being broken into, apartments as well. The police is always here. The security is a joke. The gates are always broken. The apartments prioritize towing resident cars over actual security. Which is a violation of Vehicle code 22658. The emergency service number doesn’t work. Good luck if anything happens in the middle of the night. Oh and management is really disorganized, inefficient, hire the worst service vendors, and are overall unaware of what is happening around the property. They will test your patience. Looks nice on the outside but is really a disappointing place to live.

  I have lived here for 3 years, this is the first year that i have seen maintenance come within 2 days of my work order. Thank you to Anthony who came to service my dryer.

  Just moved in around 2 months ago and we love it, everything went smoothly , Ericka helped us out so much through the whole process , Management is very nice and helpful through anything you need .
