  I live here. It’s a great place. The maintenance team is responsive and the manager Ronni is always friendly and ready to help. She has spent time answering my superfluous questions on a number of occasions. The apartment is well maintained and was spotless when we moved in. The crown molding and big bathroom is really nice too! I just like it here.

  Save your money and rent somewhere else. This place will scam you out of your money. Keep in mind these apartments are completely outdated. Fireplace doesnt work most of the time. Dishwasher worked maybe twice before it broke. Apartment was handed over dirty and still charge you for it at move out. If you do rent here and talk to the manager Ronnie I would recommend to email all concerns. She will appear extremely nice in person and tell you what you want to hear and turn around and do the opposite. She covers all her tracks. When we asked to speak to anyone other then her she never complied. She would even tell us that she wasn't allowed to give us her boss's contact info/or work email. There was extreme water damage and it took them days to come in and fix the soaking carpet. And never fixed the door(which was damaged and removed due to the water leak they had). Work orders never get answered due to only having one maintenance person working all the units. Emergency calls will never get answered so don't bother. By far the worst place we have rented at.

  The owners are slum-lords and management (Ronnie) is completely incompetent. My fiance and I lived at Dartmouth Tower for less than a year. We were respectful, quiet tenants who took excellent care of our apartment. Both of us have worked in leasing in the past and know the pains that an apartment complex can go through, so we make an effort to minimize the strain on management as much as possible. Ronnie was hardly ever in the office during office hours, frequently taking 1.5+ hour lunch breaks at random times during the day. She dodged questions about the move out process, likely knowing that they are scamming people for their money. The charges we incurred go beyond anything I've ever experienced in all of my life as a renter. My fiance and I left the place absolutely spotless and they had the audacity to keep our entire security deposit, then charge us an additional $400+. This place is not worth the rent, the hassle, or the headache. Find literally anywhere else to live. I hope that the owners know how much their predatory practices hurt people, especially at a time when the economy is weak and wallets are strained. Please understand that I harbor no ill will towards you, I'm simply disgusted by the sheer lack of humanity you possess. If you have a shred of decency about you (or at the very least an ounce of business acumen), you would fire management and change your ways. I'll add one final note, because I think that maintenance is perhaps one of the greatest assets an apartment complex can bolster. The maintenance manager was okay at best. He was polite, unlike Ronnie, and he at least did his job. However, the one time we actually needed him to fix something for us. He fixed our AC unit in relatively quick fashion and then proceeded to leave trash in our outdoor space. Not a good look. I hope anyone considering living here reads this, as well as all of the other similar comments. It's not worth the rent of living at Dartmouth Tower. My recommendation is to find somewhere else.
