  As first time buyers, we were scared to death of getting ripped off however, once we met Carol all our fears disappeared. She is simply fabulous. Ours was a case of relocating to a new town. While walking around she saw us looking in the window, and reached out to us . She didn't blow us off as a mother daughter team just wasting her time. From that moment on we knew she would be the one to find our forever home. 🏡 Carol was always there or would call us back within the hour, never made us feel we asked too many questions, she was interested in our story, and went above and beyond by guiding us around our new town. Calming our fears, explaining the prosses in layman's terms. Now she isn't just our go to gal for info she's our forever friend. If your in need of a broker belive me you can't go wrong with Carol and her team.

  Rarely is a real estate sale scheduled and closed on or near the accepted date, but Carol MacNeill, and Stewart Title's Julie Jules team have done it of four occasions for me. Great job Gals! Thanks a bunch.................

  Carol helped me purchase my first home and was very professional and thorough throughout the process. Helping a buyer find a home is more difficult than listing a house for sale, and I was extremely pleased with both the house that I found and with Carol's services during the process.
