  I was just approved for an apartment here and am looking forward to moving in. Ashley is amazing and the application process was very fast and simple!! Ashley is the best and if you guys ever want an apartment come to Ashley. Thank you for everything, once again you’re awesome

  I wish there was an option to give a 0 star. You could probably sleep under a bridge and deal with less cockroaches. There is small gaps everywhere for them to come in. The solution they give is to pack up everything you own monthly and put it in the center of your apartment so they can spray. Works for a few days and then they are right back. This place can be described in 4 words "McDonald's ice cream machine" something is always broken. The water somehow has a problem every single month (the water is currently out). The gate is broken weekly, and the AC loves to go out monthly as well. Crack heads dig through the trash on a daily basis (if only the gate stayed working). I believe the only tools the maintenance crew has is a flash light and duct tape. It's not even worth contacting them since they don't know how to fix anything. There reviews would probably be a 1 star if they didn't have every company that does work for them give them a 5 star. Take my advice and never move into this place. Be homeless instead. Same outcome but it's free.

  Our team at J&S Asphalt & Concrete had an outstanding experience working at The Meadows Apartments. From start to finish, communication was excellent, making coordination smooth and efficient throughout the project. The management team was organized, responsive, and had everything ready for us when we arrived, which allowed our crews to stay productive and complete the work on schedule. It’s always a pleasure working with clients who value preparation and teamwork. We truly appreciate the opportunity to provide asphalt and concrete services for The Meadows Apartments and look forward to working together again in the future.
