  Enjoyed my time at the Arlo. The apartment was updated and comfortable in size. Maintenance issues were addressed quickly and it was quiet for the most part. Only down side was my apartment had a smell of mildew since the day I moved in and no matter how much I cleaned I couldn’t get rid of it (must of been the pipes, we had a couple issues with the kitchen drain backing up and flooding the kitchen). Prices were high and although the market went down while we were there our rent still went up the max amount each year. Also, the homeless in the area were constantly going through the trash and in the common areas (pool, gym, etc.) another than that we enjoyed living here!

  The worst apartment setup for doordashers or any delivery. Missing number and not in a proper order.

  Leaving good remarks for the Maintenance Team. I had a few repairs, A/C, disposal, and an outlet. Everything was completed and done well. The guys are always courteous, and understand the need to have the repairs done. Thanks for the help and repairs, you guys rock! (One star removed due to wait time which was beyond their control)

  I lived in these apartments for 13 months they were supposed to fix my window screens and clean the spider webs out side of my windows. I called multiple times and each time they said a maintenance technician would show up. No one ever arrived. The whole term of my lease I not able to open my windows due to the pest a holes in the screens. I also had to deal with their roach infestation and horrible HVAC system. I did not enjoy my time living here. Hopefully they make corrections for any future residents,
