NEVER LIVE HERE.
I’ve been here for a year and counting my days till the lease ends. This apartment complex is a pure disappointment.
The leasing office is very unprofessional, they never answer calls, each person working there is telling different things and everything is very unclear. The maintenance requests are ignored and open for months even though they were promising to fix everything within a week.
Advertised as a gated apartment complex, but the gates are always open or broken, allowing suspicious people wandering there at night and during the day. Homeless people are washing their close in the hot tub, and you can imagine what else they’re doing there.
I feel disgusted and UNSAFE in this apartment. The area is also very bad with lots of crime and homelessness around.
The Arlo is a truly great place to live! While no place is absolutely perfect, this community has come a long way, and I am so happy with my decision to move here. Diana was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire move-in process. Moving can be a lot to handle, but she made me feel comfortable and supported. I am so grateful for my new home and love being able to live comfortably here!

I couldn't be happier with my decision to move here! The property features great amenities that make everyday living feel incredibly convenient and comfortable. A huge shoutout to Diana, who was an absolute lifesaver during my move-in process. Relocating can be stressful, but she went above and beyond to ensure I was completely taken care of every step of the way. Her communication, warmth, and professionalism made everything seamless.Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a smooth transition and a fantastic place to call home

Throughout my tenancy, maintenance requests ARE frequently ignored or left unresolved for long periods of time.
THEY ALSO HAVE A HUGE COCKROACH INFECTION !) that flares up in the summer so hope yall have fun w that!
Communication from management IS consistently poor, and getting a response to emails or concerns IS nearly impossible. After repeatedly reaching out with little to no response, I eventually stopped sending emails because it was clear that it was getting me nowhere.
One of the biggest concerns was security. The back gate is always broken or left nonfunctional, which raises serious concerns about resident safety(they don’t guarantee your safety at this “luxury living” location was told that by management). at all hours of the day there are homeless people constantly digging through dumpsters and outsiders bothering me at my door even though this this is a no soliciting community apparently, not to mention that During my time here, my vehicle was broken into and damaged. While I understand that management may not be legally responsible for criminal activity, I was disappointed by the lack of concern and urgency shown regarding ongoing security issues. there’s was security before haven’t seen them in months, probably bc they cut costs to fix the sidewalk pavement, pools, gym and broken basketsball courts, but do nothing about the pest problem they have who knows! i guess they are trying to make it look luxurious on the outside before the fix the ongoing issues inside the complex where is actually matters!
In my experience, the management team struggles to handle tenant concerns professionally, especially when dealing with multiple issues at once. (and boy do they have a lot!) Interactions here feel dismissive, and I found their attitude toward tenants to be unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational.( get more training!)
For the amount tenants pay in rent, basic maintenance, communication, and security should be priorities. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. by far the worst “luxury living” (what a delightful upscale lifestyle they offer) i’ve ever experienced for 2600 in rent
i now will constantly have to live by the window to see if my car will still be there in the morning when i wake up w all my army of HUGE COCKROACHES! help.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Starting off with the extreme unprofessionalism of the new management - the assistant manager specifically - I’ve had a really shitty rental experience over the past year. Repairs took months on end to address, if they were addressed at all. The staff has such a low retention rate, new hires generally don’t know what they’re doing. The amenities (pool, hot tub, gym) are not well taken care of. I only got my security deposit back after arguing with these slumlords for over the course of a month. If you can call citing California code arguing. The disrespect I have been treated with because I am a young person was truly sad. They acted like I was idiot when I asked them for reasoning behind getting our unit professionally cleaned. We were great renters as well. no shoes in the house, no pets, no parties, no smoking. This was after they called me the DAY OF the inspection asking when I’d like to schedule said inspection, oh but before they lost our keys asking us to turn them in (they were turned in 1 day prior to move out.) Thank you Makayla for being the only respectful person on your team.
