  This office is the worst management ever. You tell them about a problem and they never get back to you. They have switched managers multiple times because no one wants to stay here working at this messy place that has no structure or standards. I moved in and my apartment wasn’t even cleaned, painted, holes in walls and stove wasn’t even working. The jacuzzi aren’t working here for months. Rats roaming around the complex. Cockroach’s inside apartment even with the sprays they have come get done that fixes nothing. Bug in the apartments. This is the worst place to live. People smoke inside of their apartments and the smell of marijuana lingers into your apartment sticking it up. My washer has been broken two months and this apartment can’t even replace it with a better working one. They said they can’t replace it yet because there needs to be a number of times a washer breaks down but it’s broken down 4-5 times so when do I get a new washer that I pay monthly for? They are planning to give me a washer from the 1990s that how old it is. Never live here worst mistake ever and a waste of money.

  Alexis is amazing and so helpful. We had a couple issues with our apartment at move in and she was so kind and helpful in trying to find solutions for us. She made this whole experience a lot better!

  We had a great experience with Alexis! She was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. She showed us the apartment and explained everything clearly, answering all of our questions. She was very attentive and made the whole tour feel comfortable and easy. We really appreciated her positive attitude and excellent customer service. Thank you, Alexis! ❤️

  I’m extremely concerned about the safety and security at this apartment complex. Some kids came to our door, knocked, and then placed a large metal piece above/near the door so that when we opened the door, it could have fallen directly on our heads and caused serious injury. This was not a harmless prank—it was dangerous and could have resulted in someone getting badly hurt. Residents should feel safe in their own homes, and I hope management takes this incident seriously and addresses the situation to prevent something like this from happening again. I strongly encourage apartment management to review the security situation and take appropriate action to protect residents.

  Pictures looked nice online and people were friendly at the beginning of the process. Once I moved here from across the country, I was disappointed. This is what I experienced: - moved into a dirty apartment that even had pee on the toilet - poorly painted apartment - ugly stained floors - bums in the hot tub late at night - bums going through the trash all the time - broken and missing items that were not replaced or fixed after multiple requests were made (this was the worst part). I gave up on this and fixed things by myself - scattered trash throughout the parking lot - poor communication with management - management that doesn’t keep their word - passive aggressive management - wasted time with unneeded steps to set up initial payments - 200 dollars out of my deposit for cleaning when I moved out of the initially dirty place - mystery fee of around 150 dollars out of my deposit - trash pickup fee when I lived in front of the dumpster - AND A 3,000 FEE FOR ENDING MY LEASE A FEW MONTHS BEFORE IT ENDED BECAUSE I PURCHASED A HOME. I have lived in many different places and this has been the worst by far. Look somewhere else. Don’t bother with this place.
