  For the most part, living at Salishan Apartments has been a good experience, but interacting with their property management group, Demmon Partners, has been disappointing. I recently had a lease up for renewal and was given an offer $80/month more than my current lease. While this rent increase is, sadly, typical for corporate owned apartment complexes, I had hoped they would be open to negotiating the increase, especially since the unit next to mine was for lease for a lower rate. The unit next to mine is identical in every way to mine but they still would not budge. Demmon Partners claimed it was because their rates change daily – which is true, they do change frequently – but it was regularly listed lower than mine around the time I was renewing the lease. I even offered to sign it the same day I was chatting with them about their current prices. I’m not against paying an increase of some sort, but refusing to match the “market rate” for an identical apartment feels like greed and a poor way to retain tenants. The unit next door has now been available for months. As of writing this, they’re asking $1900 for that same unit. If it wasn’t renting at just over $1700 when I was looking to renew a month ago, then clearly that price is not “market rate” and neither is the one I was asked to pay. Also, many of the positive reviews for Salishan Apartments are from when they host events. They offer additional chances to win prizes in exchange for reviews. While they may still be honest reviews, it’s something to keep in mind when considering this apartment complex.

  We’ve been living at Salishan Apartments for almost four years, and overall we’ve had a very positive experience. The community is quiet, the grounds are well maintained, and the office staff has always been friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are usually handled quickly, and we appreciate how clean the property is kept. One of the things we enjoy most is that it’s a comfortable place to raise children.

  We truly enjoy living in this community! The property is beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and cozy, comfortable apartments. The management team is incredibly kind, responsive, and always willing to help. The maintenance team also does an excellent job—they respond quickly to any issues and are always friendly and professional. One of our favorite things is that the management hosts community events twice a year. It’s such a thoughtful way to bring residents together and create a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere. We’re grateful to be part of this community and highly recommend it!

  I’ve lived here for a few years now. Erica and the rest of the office crew has always been super helpful anytime I need help, even when dealing with personal issues they are very understanding and caring. The Maintence crew here is also super fast and helpful. I haven’t gone more than 48 hours without even the minorest issues being resolved by them. Love calling salishan home

  I’ve had a great experience living here! The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The management team has always been friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. The amenities are a nice bonus, and I appreciate how safe and welcoming the neighborhood feels. Overall, it’s been a comfortable place to call home, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great apartment community.
