  I sent a work request and they came and fixed our light quickly. Ventura was so kind and helpful. She changed the switch to our living room light and now it’s perfectly working. She was very polite and courteous. Fast and reliable!

  I love this place!!! It’s not just an apartment. It’s a home with beautiful views, amazing amenities and most of all amazing staff like Connie Gallegos and Rusia, who keeps this place impeccable.

  100% recommend.. the leasing agent is so nice and so helpful first time getting an apartment so of course I had lots of questions and miss Connie made sure I got the answer to all my questions she is amazing very nice personality.. first impression was the smell the building smells so nice!! And my apartment is so nice I love it🤍.

  On 08/15/26, at approximately 3:00pm, I had a scheduled appointment with the leasing office to view available apartments. Upon arrival, I was introduced to Connie, who appeared disinterested and unenthusiastic about assisting us. During our interaction, she provided limited information regarding the available units and made several negative comments about the property. For example, rather than focusing on the available apartments and their features, she emphasized that only one vehicle could be parked on-site and that any additional vehicle would need to be parked off-site. Connie also appeared reluctant to show us any available units and instead offered to show us photographs. Since the available units and photographs were already accessible online, I found this approach unhelpful and expected a more informative in-person tour. Overall, I found the interaction to be unprofessional with poor communication skills. Connie did not appear knowledgeable about the property or the available units, and her overall demeanor made us feel as though she was discouraging us from renting at the property. Due to the experience, we ultimately decided to leave without viewing any units.

  Toured the apartments, its cute, loved the interior and the high ceilings I also loved the master room closet 😍 but the fact that there’s no pool or jacuzzi kind of makes me ask y they even label it as luxury apartments there’s no dog area either and there’s hardly no parking for visitors and these apartments are kind of high rise so why not put in balconies?? All in all it’s a cute little apartment but if your looking for luxury living this isn’t it .. the lady who gave me a tour didn’t even want to show me all the little hang out places they have which is weird considering that’s what the tour is for to see all the amenities ??? She said I can show you another time 😆 as if ima want to come back I politely asked if she can show me now and she did her attitude was nice don’t get me wrong but how strange is it that your touring and they don’t want to show you all their lil perks of living there I didn’t even get to see the rooftop .. overall the location is nice the gym is nice and the apartment is nice 👍 it just lacks proper amenities that would make this a luxury apartment.
