Alberto is super friendly, quick, and gets the job done! All of the maintenance crew is great and so are the folks in the leasing office!

They say what I put for maintenance was done and it wasn’t so I don’t understand how they say it’s done and it’s not

Huge shoutout to Alberto and Steve on the maintenance team! They came by to check out my freezer, and it turned out the fan was frozen. Within less than an hour, they had a brand-new fridge in my apartment. I really appreciate their fast response and great service. They were professional, friendly, and got everything taken care of quickly

This is an absolutely beautiful community! Carolina was very professional and friendly, as well as attentive. She answered any questions we had and did not make us feel rushed. These apartments are absolutely beautiful inside and out and have every amenity you could possibly need and want. The grounds are beautifully kept, and it's very peaceful. It is close to everything that we need, shopping, dining, recreation etc. A lot of these things are actually in walking distance. We are definitely considering making this our permanent home!

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Toscana at Rancho Del Rey, and I especially want to recognize the maintenance team—they are truly the best! Steve has been absolutely amazing. He is quick to respond, fast, efficient, and always gets back to you as soon as possible. Recently, I had an issue with my flooring, and Steve was right on top of it and got it taken care of. He has also helped with replacing my washer when I needed a new one, as well as getting a new refrigerator and stove when those needed to be replaced. He really goes above and beyond to make sure things are taken care of. The entire maintenance crew here is on top of things, and it makes such a difference knowing that when something needs attention, they are there to help. If you’re considering living here, I highly recommend it. It’s quiet, family-friendly, and has beautiful landscaping and beautiful views. The community is a great place to call home, and having a maintenance team like Steve and the rest of the crew makes the experience even better. Thank you, Steve, and the entire maintenance team, for all that you do! You’re greatly appreciated!
