  The maintenance team responded promptly once we submitted the emergency maintenance request, and we appreciate their quick response. However, this flood could have been prevented if the issue had been addressed when we first notified the property management about our faulty toilet. Had the repair been made at that time, my family would not have been displaced from our home for nearly two weeks.

  I've enjoyed living at Toscana at Rancho del Rey, and the community itself has always been a nice place to live. Unfortunately, since the new management company took over, the overall resident experience has changed. The biggest difference has been communication and maintenance response times. Under the previous management team, communication was prompt, maintenance requests were handled quickly, and issues were resolved efficiently. Since the transition, responses have been noticeably slower, follow-up has been inconsistent, and it often takes much longer to get issues addressed. Another thing I've noticed is that the community no longer feels as secure as it once did. I recently had an Amazon package stolen, which has been disappointing because safety was one of the reasons I enjoyed living here. I understand that management transitions can be challenging, but I hope the current team places a stronger focus on communication, responsiveness, maintenance, and overall resident satisfaction. Toscana is still a beautiful community with a lot of potential, and I'd love to see it return to the level of service and care that made it such a great place to live.
