  That's wonderful people have had a positive experience here but my family has not. After living here for two years and watching the employees Norma is nice and tries to help everyone to the best of her capabilities. However, Monica is on a power trip. I can't pinpoint if she's either racist or ageist. Anytime I have tried to talk to Monica she has always been rude. I've called before and she tells me to email her instead. She never responded to my emails even when CC'd on. As for the property itself. Tons of families with small children and dog owners. There is always poop on the ground and dogs off leash that will run up to you, your dog, and child. There are also coyotes that roam the property constantly. They live right on the hill behind the property and some nights you can hear them constantly. There is a homeless man that also lives in the hills for the most part leaves people alone but roams the property as well. For the 2 years lived there police have been called 3-4 times that I know of. Usually 4 plus cars deep. The last time I saw them they were all facing one of the apartment buildings with guns drawn pointed at the apartment complex. My experience was unfortunate. Just be aware of your surroundings around the wildlife and people because of the hill.

  Norma took care of my entire process, from showing the apartment for the first time until we signed it, she made the whole process very smooth. Super friendly and always with top service!

  I had a great tour, I believe Norma is the lady who help me she was very welcoming, showed me the property and took her time to answer my questions.

  Thank you to Norma! She was really easy to work with and was very understanding. The property itself is set up nicely and a great location, besides the quick turn in, if you’re not used to it.
