  We are extremely satisfied living here at The Emery Apartment Homes. The entire community is beautiful, and we’ve been especially impressed by Norma in the leasing office. She has gone above and beyond, taking care of all our maintenance requests promptly and making us feel truly welcomed. The furnishings and accommodations are top-notch, and we couldn’t be happier or more comfortable in this place.

  I recently had the pleasure of moving in with Emery at Terra Nova, and I can confidently give them a 5-star review! From start to finish, the moving experience was seamless and stress-free. Emery was professional, attentive, and made sure every step of the process went smoothly. The living area at Emery is peaceful and quiet, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment that feels like home. Every interaction with the staff was efficient and friendly, making the entire move-in process smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend Emery and Terra Nova to anyone looking for a top-notch moving experience and a serene place to live.

  My 4 year old was attacked by another residents dog. It was not playful but as if it was trying to dominate my son. I was able to get a hold of my son and get him to safety. The other resident laughing and even condescending. The police told us to get a restraining order. This property will not help you if you have matters regarding your safety especially children. They told us to wait but never responded back to me. We gave them identifying factors of a dog that looked like it was a Lab mixed with a Pitbull. It was chocolate brown with Blue eyes. (We haven’t seen them since because they are hiding. We went to the complex for help but they expect us to be our own detectives. I do not believe they have an identifying data base for these animals. ) My husband responded today (for an update) and they let us know they will not help.(it’s A WEEK and a half LATER!) My children do not feel safe playing outside. (They advertise a playground for children) This complex is over run by dogs! Most residents have 2 dogs! If you move here make sure you are ready to protect yourself. They do not have a proper animal identification data base either. They sent out a notice but realize that if anything happens with a residents animal their priority is to protect themselves. My son is 4 years old old!! I guess we have to call the police to even engage with this property! Zero stars!! You can see that even the pet owners are overwhelmed trying to find a feasible area for their animals to go. This property is too small for all of these animals. If you move here carry mace, there are coyotes that live in the mountain across the street so be careful at night time . Especially if you have to park there because the parking is full by 2pm if you don’t have a registered spot open. Be prepared to fight the owners and their animals and call 911 immediately! Do not give anyone the benefit of the doubt. My son’s life flashed in a blink of an eye! The dog was face to face with him. My baby said “I think that dog thought I was food”. He’s engaged with plenty of animals to know whether or not he felt safe. I will definitely make a social media post to help other parents of toddlers. Just walking onto a sidewalk you can be attacked. Be vigilant in any circumstances that involve animals!

  Norma in the leasing office is very accommodating and helpful. She went above and beyond to accommodate our place on the spot. She was very helpful made our move here in San Diego coming all the way from the east coast really smooth.
