  Since our transition to an all age community, it has changed. Management is working to ensure safety for all; however, it appears that the community requires a bit more due diligence. AMAZON LOCKER ROOM continues to accessible to roamers. Yes, there are roamers in the building interior and exterior at various times of day and night. I have witnessed this…there are people who have to the ground doors…not people who live in our community…I have no idea 🤷‍♀️ how they are gaining access…opening stairwell doors leaving ajar….for other non community people to roam….moline cannabis..

  Casa Estilo was definitely the right choice for us. The establishment is very nice and aesthetic, the staff are very nice. Prevail Williams was very attentive and answered all my questions, He made the application process so much easier. Over all very great place!

  Woah!! Me and my kids love Casa Estilo .. as Chula Vista long term resident, we are happy to see a Brand New, luxury apartment building. Kudos for Prevail Williams Amazing tour! I highly recommend Casa Estilo!

  5 stars! This is a beautiful apartment building for the city of Chula Vista! Prevail Williams showed me and my spouse a 1 bedroom with an Elevator inside! Awesome! Everyone in the office is definitely a good fit for Casa Estilo!

  I currently live at Casa Estilo and my car was broken into with the window smashed with multiple things stolen. I spoke to the manager about looking into the cameras and she did not help me at all and was rude. My neighbors wrote to me and said that this has happened multiple times and in fact the very next day another truck was broken into and window was smashed. This is underground parking with a huge metal gate with the only access is with a fab. My wife and some of the neighbors are concerned and they are afraid to go into the parking garage. I contacted corporate and received a note that they would get back to me and weeks later nothing.
