- CWCaryn WilsonApr 1, 20261.0Sorry. The issue was not resolved. The request was for the removal of dog poop on the carpet on the 4th floor. Perhaps that should have been a cleaning request, but there is no way to do that. The poop is still there as of today 04/01/26.
- FHFran HasterokMar 25, 20265.0Update -04/15/26 Toilet tank issue has been resolved! Marcus did a great job replacing the defective part and did it very quickly. My toilet tank has been slowly draining then filling back up. Maintenance came by and first adjusted Fill Valve then replaced it, but it did not fix the problem.
