  I love living here. It’s so peaceful and very clean. All the neighbors are really friendly. The Maintenance staff are amazing! Any work orders or questions I may have they are more than helpful. And take care of things in a timely manner. Eric has helped me with any little fixes I have needed. He always has a smile on his face when walking around the complex and makes sure to say “Hi” to who ever he passes. It’s pleasant to see. Also Danny seen me having some car trouble and he stopped what he was doing and helped me out. I truly appreciated his time and care to help! Over all living here has been great. The office staff and maintenance workers have made it a pleasure to be living here.

  We moved here a little over 6mo ago from Atlanta. We did everything remotely and the front office staff was AMAZING!! We honestly couldn't have asked for an easier transition! Chelsea had everything ready for us when we arrived. We've always have great experiences with the office staff. They are extraordinarily helpful and friendly. The apartments are very well kept. Someone is always cleaning and making sure the landscape is well kept. We had our first experience with maintenance, and let me say, I have never had someone handle an issue so promptly! Our issues were minor. We didn't put in any special requests, and HOURS later maintenance was knocking on my door ready to repair our issues. He was friendly and informative and was finished within 15min max! The neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood is VERY pet friendly. We are walking distance to the elementary school and 2min to the Shoppes. We are certainly blessed to have found this community. I would recommend to anyone looking to rent in the Chino Hills area.

  I lived here for one year and had a terrible experience . They charge outrageously at move out. They do petscan even if you dont have pets or no pets have ever visited your apartment and say that you have pet urine on carpet and make you pay 700 dollars for full carpet replacement. GOODLUCK RENTING SUCH PLACE WHOSE MANAGEMENT ARE OUTRIGHT LIERS

  Came in hoping to get information about the floor plans, was greeted by a very kind elderly Asian woman who was just getting ready to leave . She entrusted us to the long blonde hair girl who didn’t give 2 cents about talking to us. She drove the cart like a maniac , I almost fell out and got nauseous . She gave us no info, and didn’t bother to tell us anything more. I had to ask her questions because she didn’t even take the time to sit us down and have a decent talk ... never coming in again .
