  Applying from overseas can be intimidating, and Capriana made it remarkably smooth. We are relocating from China with two teenagers and had no U.S. credit history and no SSN yet — the kind of application that gets turned down elsewhere. Paulina Moran took the time to actually explain our options on the phone, told us exactly what to expect, and never made us feel like a problem to be managed. When she was off, she looped in Elena Marrero so nothing stalled over the weekend. Elena followed up right on schedule. A friend toured the unit on our behalf and the team walked him through it without hesitation. Every question we sent by email came back with a real answer, usually the same day. We haven't moved in yet, but if the leasing experience is any indication of how this community is run, we made the right choice. The location is also ideal for us — Chino Hills High School is a short walk away. Thank you, Paulina and Elena.

  Highly recommend this apartment to anyone! This is a gated community that is very secure. The maintenance and front office are very responsive. For anyone moving to Chino Hills, please don’t hesitate to choose this apt. 5mins to Alberston, Starbucks and dental office. Convenient, friendly and informative staffs, well-managed community with food truck coming every week.

  Living at Capriana at Chino Hills has been a fantastic experience. The property itself is extremely well-maintained, quiet, and beautifully kept. One of the standout features is the vast amount of parking available, which makes coming home or having guests over completely stress-free—a rare find for apartment communities! The amenities here are top-tier, including a resort-style pool area, a 24-hour fitness center, package lockers, and clean common spaces that make the community feel upscale and welcoming. Upon move-in, the unit was super clean, modern, and updated with great finishes. Throughout my time here, I’ve had little to no issues with the apartment or the property management team, who are always responsive and helpful. The maintenance staff also exemplified excellent service and they were a pleasure to see around the community. If you are looking to move to the Chino Hills area, I would definitely recommend checking out Capriana!

  Capriana is by far the best option compared to the surrounding apartment complexes. The leasing staff is super helpful. Especially Paulina who was able to answer all of my questions with no hesitation and was very knowledgeable on all the topics regarding Capriana. For my first time renting an Apartment, she made me feel confident in my decision to choose Capriana. The staff is very responsive and attentive; from the Maintenance team, Emilio and Carlos, are quick to fix any issue I have had, to Elena and Paulina who are always ready to help and answer any question I have right away.
