  Maintenance work orders go ignored for months, terrible communication of resident expectations when they want to do their own maintenance within the units, they remove parking spots for weeks due to tree damage without doing necessary tree maintenance, the entry gates never work, they have completely ghosted us the day we booked the rec room for an event and we had to cancel. The amenities and apartments are nice but dealing with the staff is a nightmare.

  I'm a newer resident who relocated from out of state, sight unseen. The leasing office and staff were exceptional with helping me coordinate my move across country. Everyone was transparent about the fees and charges and everything was just seamless with no surprise costs. The apartments are gorgeous, The property is well kept and covered with trees and is honestly beautiful. We have a great huge dog park, and the pool is amazing. The maintenance staff is amazing, quick with repairs, easy to communicate issues with. I love it here, highly recommend.

  The partial inspections causing them to come back repeatedly are annoying, we hate people we don't know coming into our home. (Water heater inspection, balcony inspection...) They stole my bicycle, i saw maintenance cutting another one off the rack after mine was gone. No notice, and it still worked! The front office rarely returns phone calls, i have to call repeatedly to get anyone. I even called about my bike, nothing, no return call. Having individual emails for the front office makes absolutely no sense. Every time there's turnover, we have a new email that we have to reach out to with no warning. And we have to march to the front office to get it, because they never answer the phone or return calls.

  The application process was easy and I enjoyed working with the leasing staff, Leslie, Nicole and Molly we’re amazing and very knowledgeable and responsive to all of my questions and needs.

  I lived here for 8 months, and I was disappointed that during that time I used our gate key 3 times. The gate about never worked. If you are interested in living here ask if the gate is working, especially if the gate is one of the reasons why you pick living here like me.
