  Have never lived here but they keep false advertising about their listings on craigslist and it made me mad enough to leave a bad review

  The property is well maintained, the community feels welcoming, and any issues I’ve had have been handled quickly and professionally. Something that has really stood out to me is how friendly and helpful the front office is. Specifically, Michaela has been especially responsive and welcoming throughout my time here. She always takes the time to answer any questions and ensure everything runs smoothly. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live with a supportive management team!

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I rented an apartment for my son there from 8/24-5/25. Someone subleased from him for the last two months. Now 6 months later I am being charged a full month rent when we have had nothing to do with them. My son tried to get them to take it off. They wouldn't. I called and they said they couldn't help me and I had to contact a company called Domuso. When I called them I spent 20 minutes on the phone then was hung up on. I have emailed and heard nothing. I asked Cedar Flats to have someone call me and still have not heard back from them. They have helped themselves to my credit card and are unwilling to take the charge of $1000.93 off my account or to help me get it off. I am going to have to file a claim with my credit card company. I have spent a lot of time on this and they have been unwilling to help.

  I moved in Cedar Flats in July and it is so easy for the staff to forget you after they get your money. That is not the case with Josh and Allisun they continue to be a hands on helpers. The hard part is I can be a little rough around the edges but they always over looks that with a smile I would like to thank to the staff for continuing be helpful, patience, and caring I really appreciate you all keep up the great work
