Desert Rats Real Estate

Thanks for visiting our website! We’re pleased to share information about our new venture as Desert Rats Real Estate with Keller Williams in Palm Springs! Paul grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area (Antioch/Pittsburg), then moved to the San Fernando Valley (Thousand Oaks); Phoenix, Arizona; Reno, Nevada; and finally to the Coachella Valley (Cathedral City) in 2011. Hence the “Desert Rats” title … With a friend, Paul started a local networking group. Coachella Valley Referral Partners is now in its ninth year, and we have grown the group from four members to approximately thirty-five. As a result, Paul is well connected here in the Valley, and is usually no more than two or three degrees of separation from any service provider!
