  My wife and I highly recommend working with Revelina! As first-time homebuyers in the East Bay, specifically San Leandro, Revelina was fundamental to our search.   So grateful that I found Revelina to help me with my first home purchase! Rev is very knowledgeable and experienced and was very easy to communicate with. She never made me feel alone in this crazy process and made sure that I understood every bit of it along the way.   As first time homebuyers, my wife and I really had a lot of difficulty trying to figure out how to start the process of buying a home. Then Revelina came into the picture as our realtor. From the beginning of the process to the very end, she was with us and counseled us every step of the way. Her vast knowledge of the realty industry and her exceptional customer service skills really smoothed out the process for my wife and I. When we had a few hiccups in the homebuying process, Revelina showed a great abilities to think fast on her feet and problem solve for the best solutions to our issues. All in all, it was a very informative and friendly experience working with Revelina as our realtor. My wife and I would very much recommend her for anyone’s realty needs, and we will definitely use her services again if and when we decide to look for a house in the future.   I would like to highly recommend Revelina Um as a Residential Real Estate Agent. I recently retained Revelina to sell my home of 30+ years which was a bid deal for our family. Revelina handled the entire process with a very professional, caring, and organized approach. Her work ethic is enormous and her response time is immediate. She kept me continuously updated on all aspects of the selling process. Revelina is a very knowledgable agent with an extensive list of inspectors and construction professionals to pull from as the needs arrived. She always volunteered to be the liason, to contact them, and meet them when necessary. Revelina is immensely appreciated by our family for her help during this sale of our beloved long-time home.
