  As a resident at Bart Plaza, I’ve had a very positive experience with Gelecia as our Community Director. She is approachable, professional, and genuinely attentive to residents’ needs. Whenever there are concerns or questions, she responds promptly and makes sure things are handled efficiently. Gelecia does a great job maintaining a welcoming and well-managed environment. Her communication is clear, and she consistently keeps residents informed about updates and community matters. It’s evident that she takes pride in her role and truly cares about the quality of living here. Overall, her dedication and proactive attitude make a real difference in the community. I appreciate her efforts in making Bart Plaza a comfortable and pleasant place to live.

  I’ve had a great experience living here. It’s a quiet, comfortable place to live and the location is really convenient. The management team has been friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything, which makes a big difference. Overall, it’s been a positive place to call home.

  We enjoy living here but...I think the residents deserve an explanation on what's going on with office / managment. There is no one on site anymore. We had someone everyday and now nothing...when there is someone, they leave early or lack communication...it's very unfortunate considering we all pay a lot in rent here...I hate to be so negative but please get it together. I've heard multiple tenants complain already. Update: how do we reach out to you?

  Been here 3 years, Since Mercedes left, Bart Plaza has become a disaster. There’s basically no manager onsite anymore and getting anything fixed takes months. The gym equipment is constantly broken and the gym itself is filthy and dirty. The dog park is also always a mess. What’s frustrating is they are very quick to charge late fees, but very slow to do their job when it comes to maintenance and management. Always with the "vendor" story and nothing happens. Paying $2,700+ a month to live here is simply not worth it. Look elsewhere.
