  Moved in last month .... Nice quiet clean complex ... Not your average Carmichael apartment.... I love my kitchen, nice stainless steel appliances... Central heat and air .. the units are kept up and updated. Looking for apartments in Carmichael is hard as most of them are out dated .... My apartment is just under 1200 square feet & the manager, she is GREAT!!!

  It’s been a great experience so far. Wasn’t able to see the apartment before moving in which is a knock but was impressed with the layout and set up of the apartment when moving in. Maintenance is responsive and efficient. Overall a good experience.

  Lived here from July 2017 to July 2018 (single guy, mid 20's, no pets, 1B1B on the 2nd floor). Didn't have any problems getting a tour when I was looking for apartments in March. Super friendly and helpful staff from apt. searching all the way through when I moved out - they're all VERY wonderful people. Maintenance is super helpful and requests are taken care of very quickly. The management staff was incredible accommodating helping me get moved out as well - if I didn't have to move for work, I absolutely would have renewed my lease for another year or longer. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for (in a good way). Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, central heating and air, W/D in the unit... It's quiet; I never had a problem with any of my neighbors, never had any noise issues, didn't have any trash or animal issues. Didn't have any issues getting my security deposit back, no issues with bugs, there were homeless people on the street outside the complex but none of them ever gave me any issues - besides, there's security that roams the property at night so I never felt unsafe. I ran and rode my bike at really early or late hours from the property and never felt unsafe there - it's super close to the American River Bike Trail so that was wonderfully convenient. Moving in and out was a breeze - the people in the front office are wonderful and super easy to get in contact with. Overall I would absolutely recommend living here to a family member/friend who could afford it. I loved living here
