Highly recommend! Valerie and Erik are a class act! They are professional, trustworthy, and have an eye for detail. They picked up on our vibe immediately and were able to preview property and give us feedback that aligned perfectly with our wants and needs. We also hired them to sell our house, and they helped us make the most of a bad market, with great advice, patience, and lots of encouragement.

Erik and Valerie were recommended to me by a family member who also sold a property with them. I needed to sell my Temecula home and move. I was on my own, and I hadn't sold a property before. They made it very easy for me. They walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and knew exactly how to get the property prepared to sell, and people who could help me do that. It sold higher and faster than I had expected. It was a great experience all around.

I'd recommend Valerie and Erik to absolutely anyone and everyone. Valerie was truly a blessing to me. After my grandmother's passing, I was tying up so many loose ends while also trying to figure out her house. From the very first phone call I had with Valerie and Erik, I knew in my gut I'd be in good hands with them. Valerie spoke to me like family - and gave me some tips - even though I told her I'd set up meetings with other realtors as well. The communication is unmatched. I value Valerie's expertise, she kept me updated along the way and really went the extra mile so many times. She referred me to an Estate cleanout service, she assisted with getting the home in tiptop shape - so many things she took off my plate. Not only is she a great realtor, but she's genuinely a great person who shines through her work. Valerie and Erik are honest, reliable, personable and professional. I can't thank them enough. I would advise any home buyers or sellers to put your faith in them, you won't be disappointed.

I can’t say enough good things about Valerie and Erik. They are so professional and helped me sell my condo, I couldn’t have done it without them. You will be more than pleased if you use them as your agents.

Erik & Valerie Bradbury were there with me all the way through this difficult transaction (due to mobile home park management). The house basically sold in 25 days but took 6 weeks to close. While jumping through management hoops they were there to respectfully nudge and keep on top of management to keep things moving. They kept me posted and always had a supportive and positive attitude. I'm so glad I chose them to be my realtors!
