His attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to help others truly stand out. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and the experience of everyone around him. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and dependable. Highly recommend Jorge and truly appreciate all the effort he puts in every day.

  The maintenance and groundskeepers in this community are fabulous! Johnny is the primary maintenance man and he does excellent, fast work with installs and repairs!

  Jorge was such a pleasure to work with. He made the process so easy and enjoyable. I cannot say enough positive things about him and this community. It is beautiful and just what I was looking for! Highly recommend!

  Loving our new townhouse at Tower 24! They thought of every convenience when planning this community - including absolutely amazing management that goes above and beyond to rapidly assist with every question big and small. Jorge is awesome and has been so incredibly helpful! We are constantly surprised at finding new features in our home and on the property that make life easier, more convenient, and fun so we can relax and enjoy the beach life living - there are amenities galore! Beautiful modern finishes, smart upscale appliances, community gathering areas with barbecues, griddles, fire pits, cornhole, golf, hammocks, pickleball, dog park, playground, etc - all on site and within steps! Add in a few more steps and you are at the beach or restaurant or having a pizza picnic while listening to live music. Awesome vibe, easy living, and incredibly friendly neighbors.
