  I’m very grateful for the kindness and support I’ve received from Jorge in the leasing office and Johnny in maintenance. Since moving in, both of them have been responsive, helpful, and genuinely considerate. Moving into a new home can be stressful, and they have made the process feel much more welcoming. They have also consistently gone above and beyond my expectations. Whether it has been helping with move-in questions, maintenance items, or simply being available and responsive, they have handled everything with professionalism, patience, and care. Most recently, our cat got out and went missing. When I shared the AirTag location with Jorge and Johnny, they immediately took it seriously and helped me look and coordinate. They took time out of their day when they absolutely did not have to, and they handled the situation with care, urgency, and compassion. Their kindness meant a great deal to me. I’m sincerely thankful for both of them, and their actions say a lot about the kind of people this community has on its team. They add the intangible element which really takes this community over the top in my opinion.

  Working with Jorge has been an absolute pleasure as I have been tracking this property since they day they went live. Moving is obviously very stressful but Jorge and the team have made it as easy as possible to join this amazing community. Every single question has been answered and responded to in a timely fashion. I am excited to be a resident and thrive there!

  Absolutely beautiful homes and an amazing staff that truly goes above and beyond. Jorge and Gigi in leasing are always responsive, available, and incredibly helpful. The entire move-in process was smooth and easy from start to finish. Johnny from maintenance has also been fantastic — super helpful and even assisted with mounting TVs. Overall, we couldn’t be happier. This is by far one of the nicest communities with a team that genuinely cares about the residents. Highly recommend!
