  From the moment we walked in to apply for an apartment to move in day, Lucas was incredibly helpful and professional. He answered every question and made sure we had everything we needed on the day we moved in. We’ve had such a seamless experience here, and much of that is thanks to Lucas!

  We recently moved in and had a great, speedy key pick up. During our move in inspection, we noticed a couple of minor issues we wanted to note. A work order was placed, and within the same day, Christian Colon, a member of the maintenance team was here to take care of them. He was professional and efficient.. always respectful and made sure over the two days he did work on our new place, he communicated with us and received permission to enter at our convenience. So far, we are enjoying our new community!

  Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! Lucas was kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful during the entire process. I had tons of questions and he was patient and professional every step of the way. If he is an example of what the rest of the staff and community are like then I feel like I’ve landed in a wonderful community to call home.
