  Gwendolyn was really helpful getting my HOA account sorted out and making sure everything on my balance was up to date. She was quick to respond, easy to work with, and actually took the time to look into everything instead of just giving a generic answer. I appreciated how smooth she made the process because HOA stuff can get frustrating fast. Definitely thankful for her help.

  Lindie was very knowledgeable and well versed in all areas. Her expertise directed me to the information I was seeking. Top notch, I would recommend her to all callers. A model of what the customer service experience should be like for everyone. Grade AA+. I hope she answers the phone the next time I call with questions.

  I had issue with an incorrect billing e statement. There has been an amount showing for months as unpaid, even though it was paid. My local HOA division dismissed my concerns and told me to ignore it. I finally got to speak with Robby Dixon, who was not a part of my local HOA in California but from the corporate office. He understood that there was a billing discrepancy and escalated my concern and asked for it be resolved and taken care of from the local branch. He was highly professional and understood my concerns and spent a lot of time with me. I wish my local division had the same attention to detail and sense of urgency as Robby! Customer service is everything but accurate accounting is a must with an HOA. I really appreciate his professionalism.

  On occasion over the last few years there have been times when it was more convenient for me to transact business in their office in Carlsbad. It is so refreshing to get consistent professional, courteous and upbeat service from Joy Rocco. I don't normally write reviews. However, Joy Rocco's level of service deserves mentioning. She's a game changer. She makes a difference.

  I go to Carlsbad office every month to pay for my HOA. Joy Rocco at the front office is always very helpful, and she puts notes on my account to avoid any potential late payment charge. But, I had one incident when Joy was not there and the other lady helped me with the check, but forgot to add the note. Then, I was charged for late payment on that month since it looked like they mailed in my check. It took me a while to argue with them to remove that charge from my account. (Please do keep your receipt!) Last month, I found another late payment fee charged on my account. Later I found even though Joy left a note this time, someone didn't bother to read it! Although, they were able to remove those charges from my account eventually, I still spent some time to figure this out which should never happen in the beginning. I really think they can and should do better.
