  Prescott management took over the management of our community after several years of neglect by our previous property manager. They have done a tremendous job getting the community back on track, especially appreciative of our manager Lauren Ball.

  Our property manager Bobbie Happ has been a breath of fresh air. After struggling with other management, we’re finally getting stuff done for our community and she always brings a positive attitude while being reliable and responsive.

  I am the treasurer of a large community in Oceanside. We have only recently escaped a long multi-year nightmare with Prescott. They ran our operating fund down to near zero. They could not keep a stable manager for more than a few months for their last year. At much cost, our taxes were filed late due to their incompetence for years on end. They failed to notify our reserve specialist that he'd won the contract and we almost missed our required dates. Our election was late. Our delinquencies racked up and we've done damage control ever since. We lost $60k because they failed to answer emails from our metering company. The board had to intervene heavily to rescue the property. I honestly cannot say enough about how horrible the entire experience was and I have zero interest in some canned reply telling me to contact Associa regarding my concerns. If you're interested in bankrupting your property then I'd definitely call them, otherwise look anywhere else.

  Our experience has been outstanding with Prescott since we hired them a year ago. Our property Manager, Bobbie Happ is a delight to work with - very on top of things and responsive to our questions. Highly recommend.
