  As a first-time homebuyer, I was incredibly nervous about navigating the San Diego market, but working with Kara was the best decision I could have made. From our very first meeting, it was clear that she wasn't just trying to close a deal, she truly wanted to find the right home for me. Kara’s 'weekly checklists' were a total lifesaver. They kept me organized and took the guesswork out of what could have been a very overwhelming process. She is patient, highly responsive, and has an incredible eye for detail. When it came time to negotiate, she was a powerhouse; she may be kind and professional, but she is definitely 'tough' when it counts to get her clients the best possible result. If you’re looking for someone who brings local expertise, integrity, and a personal touch (and someone who clearly loves what they do!), I cannot recommend Kara enough. She made what I thought would be a stressful experience actually enjoyable.

  Being a first time home buyer is stressful. Being a first time home buyer in San Diego is a level of stress I cannot quantify. The only thing that kept me sane was working with Kara. Not only is she incredibly good at what she does but she is incredibly kind and patient. She was always available to answer my questions and talk me through each stage of the process. I cannot recommend her enough.

  Kara is the professional you want in your corner! Everything we all hope for in customer care and more…kindness, integrity, timely responses, good advice, and great results. We were not present for the transformation and sale of our home, and thanks to Kara, we did not need to be. Kara skillfully and respectfully coordinated with contractors, while striking just the right balance of keeping us in the loop. Knowing Kara was there saved us time, money, and worry. Our renovation project was not easy, but it was on time and on budget. And the sale of our house was efficient and at full price. Thank you, Kara, for being on our team. We truly could not have asked for more!
