  I am a first time home buyer and Kara made the home buying process feel smooth and achievable. Kara was incredibly professional and knowledgeable during every procedural step from offer to closing. She offered constant updates and reminders, responding within minutes. Kara was supportive and knowledgeable of the both the homes that I had been researching, and had great recommendations of her own. When we found the home that I purchased, she sent an offer out immediately and had great intuition on how to propose a bid. Kara Immediately understood that the seller was unlikely to negotiate much, and our first bid was accepted on a property that was likely looking for bids over listing. With the security and leverage of our offer, Kara did everything she could to negotiate with the seller for credits from several repairs that needed completing. The seller matched her intuition and refused to budge on any credits, greatly suggesting that we may not have had a successful offer if we bid too low. During escrow, Kara’s persistence allowed us to get the seller to repair everything we asked for despite the seller’s difficult nature. Closing happened on time and as expected and Kara was a welcome guest during our celebrations. I could not recommend a more professional and outstanding person to assist in the real estate process. You can have faith that Kara will advocate for your goals and assist you in getting there precisely and procedurally.

  Kara is a great negotiator and a great realtor. She is pleasant and patient to work with. I highly recommend her. She is thorough and knowledgeable, explaining step by step the purchasing process. We were fortunate to find Kara to represent us as we purchased our new home. We will use her again in any future real estate endeavors.

  There are over 400,000 agents and brokers licensed by the California Bureau of Real Estate. We had one of the best in Kara. My wife and I just closed escrow on the sale of our home of 35 years. Much has changed in the last 35 years. More forms, disclosures, warnings, deadlines. We are not unsophisticated in financial matters but found the details of decision making a little overwhelming. Kara guided us through the entire process with amazing skill and expertise...and she did it with deep respect for us. She knew the great family memories we were saying goodbye to. She made us feel that we were not just another listing, that we mattered and that she was invested in our welfare and not just a commission. There was also a bonus. She had a sense of humor. She laughed. She made us laugh. She took as much of the anxiety out of the process as possible. Beside the humor, she also had a graceful assertiveness as she represented us. She had our backs. And yes, as a fiduciary, she is supposed to do that. But as The Rolling Stones sang..."you can't always get what you want." Well we got what we wanted and needed. Our home sold in sixteen days surrounding the Thanksgiving holiday-not the easiest time of year to sell! She also worked extremely well and cooperatively with the buyer's agent. In addition she helped us buy a new home. Great advice that saved us money and gave us peace of mind. We also feel that we got a friend out of this sale...another bonus we were not expecting.
