  My wife and I first starting looking for a home roughly three years ago when we moved to San Diego. We met Thor through the Dave Ramsey Trusted real estate agent program and he checked all the boxes that we were looking for in a realtor. As first time home buyers, Thor took the time to really educate us on the home buying process and answered all of our questions. We ended up not buying three years ago as we wanted to stay true to the Ramsey baby steps and Thor was totally understanding of our decision. Throughout the years, he kept in touch with us and updated us on changes to the market. When we were finally ready to buy, Thor was immediately there for us and helped us get our first home. Thor is an exceptional professional and advisor and we can't recommend him enough.
