- AGAl G.Apr 1, 20265.0Over the past few months, I have had the opportunity to work with other HOA management companies, and that experience has given me a clearer perspective on the quality of service we receive from Earl and his team. In comparison, it is evident that Earl and his team are doing an excellent job for our community. I would like to publicly thank them for their dedication and the high level of service they provide.
- BBBunnyJul 2, 20251.0THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED BY AUTHORITIES. They constantly leave false HOA reports and fines, never take care of real problems in the neighborhood that we complain about, there is trash in people's driveways and they have the audacity to fine people over ridiculous miniscule things that can be solved in less than an hour. This HAS TO BE a fake HOA/LLC in order to leech money off of people. I've checked the City of Vista and City of Carlsbad and they have claimed they have NO ASSOCIATION with this "HOA" and they have no record of being associated with this "HOA" on ANY of the City of Vista and Carlsbad websites and documents. This is a scam and not a legitimate business. Please report to the City if you get a letter. Legally, these people are NOT allowed to harass you. We will be heandling all of this legally due to the amount of false accusations against us personally and the community. Please check the reviews and report ASAP.
- EKE KSep 22, 20241.0Have been asking for meeting minutes for my community for months now- no response. This should be a shared document in 2024 with clear transparency. This is not difficult to do! Do BETTER!
- SCStephen ChizmadiaAug 10, 20221.0They are hands off, they lie, they make decisions without owners input, they don’t listen to owners input. If you are a small self ran HOA community looking to hand your management needs off to a third party, I wouldn’t even inquire with this company.
