For starters, EVERYONE that works in the office is either dumb as bricks, or has major attitude, and the tendency to blame the tenant for their shoddily built apartments. There is a water maintenance emergency EVERY month. The office gives no notice, and several times I have been late to work due to this. These apartments are bug infested. It's downright disgusting. The construction done inside the apartments is a laughable farce. My drawers and cabinets are made with dollar store clapboard, and have all fallen apart. The floor is an uneven spectacle. The screen door doesn't even fit the opening it does to. They charge for parking, and send threatening newsletters saying you cannot park anywhere but your own spot. Yet, when someone does take my one and only parking spot, the wonderful office girls and their great attitudes say they can't do a thing about it. The fact that I had to sign a year lease sickens me. This place is just terrible, and since some new company bought them out last year, it's been a literal hellhole and not worth a single penny. I cannot wait to get out.
