- CLChris LangNov 21, 20181.0I live at this nightmare for far too long. Significant rent increases each year with no improvement. Both of my cars were broken into numerous times. Which was better than my neighbors car which was stolen. There are homeless people that would camp out in the parking structure. Literally sleeping in the open car spaces. When management was notified I was told it’s the tenants responsibility to keep calling the police not theirs. Huge cockroach and rat problems as the trash is always overflowing and not serviced properly. Do yourself a favor and pass on these glorified projects.
