  Dear management Just like how I received this no parking notice as soon as I parked, I demand a solution to the MOLD problem. I have been waiting for MONTHS and I still have no update. No checkup and no action. I have been trying to contact you in person and by email, and for some reason, there’s no reply or you are not here. I need this issue fixed due to it not being the first time, it is the SECOND time. You were quick to leave this notice, I need you to be quick on this issue before more actions are taken. I shouldn’t be having to leave this review or letter at the office to have something done. Do your job as management, fix the apartments and help get rid of pests. We have kids. This is not safe for our kids.

  Lived here for a year, pretty noisy if you lived next to the alleyway with the trash trucks and random people yelling in the middle of the night. Not the best area to live in but rent wasn’t too bad. Moved out on Feb 14 I called the office and they told me I would pay the full month of rent for February and then get my funds back for the half of the month I didn’t live there. I’ve spoken to Michael, Liz and their new office manager and no one has given me an answer. I have emailed Davlyn and the resident service email and have not heard anything back. Someone named Peter was supposed to contact me but it’s almost been 3 months and I haven’t heard anything back. They take no accountability at all. I need this fixed.

  My husband and I put in a application, we had issues cause my husband's ID was expired but still put the $300 holding deposit plus paid the $50 to run our credit so it could be held for us while they tried another way to "help" us....this was over a month ago...we never got the apartment, they never ran my husband's credit, never called us to clarify anything (I was constantly calling the office to see if there was a thing else that was needed) we ended up getting another place and we have yet to receive our $300 deposit back. We've called SEVERAL times and the manager is always out of the office and never returns our calls. So they took our holding deposit, never called us and still have yet to give the money back. (Even though when I first called they said they're processing it and it would be in our account within 3 business days, it's been a month already.) This place is ridiculous when it comes to SIMPLE communication. The staff never knows what's going on. I wouldn't recommend even trying.

  Michelle and Precious were very helpful in the whole process, very pleased with the whole experience . Would recommend.

  Glad to find an amazing home I plan to be with for a while. Welcoming neighbors, plenty of yard/room for pets & plants. Unbeatable price for the location/amenities! Very happy to be part of such a great community.
