I DO NOT recommend staying here. They denied my son's application and it states they are supposed to give back his refund of $250 and the lady in front office has been giving him the run around since January 2026, its now May 2026 and she hasn't given him is refund. If they take your money based off this, image what else they'll do. Owner please refund my son!!!
In the (almost) year I've been here, I do love my apartment and living here has only gotten better. Karrie is an excellent property manager, very helpful, friendly, and professional. She's very responsive to maintenance needs and general questions. Chris is also terrific at handling the maintenance around the building, honest, thoughtful, and responsive. Both Karrie and Chris, along with our porter, Norma, work hard to not only keep the building looking good, but have also been adding upgrades to make it even nicer.
Even though I’m busy and don’t have much time to write this, I wanted to give a quick shoutout to Chris and Kerry on the management team for the positive changes they’ve made here.
I’ve lived here for a few years and have always loved my units overall space. That said, I’ve experienced both good and bad moments during my time here—challenging neighbors, property and safety concerns, and occasional cleanliness/spray issues.
Since the new management team stepped in, I’ve noticed a significant and visible improvement in the upkeep of the property and the responsiveness to maintenance requests. They’ve been especially helpful during urgent situations when I needed appliance repairs handled quickly.
Because of the clear progress and improved management thus far, I’m giving it a solid 4 stars—it feels much closer to a 3.6 than a 3.0 now and I cant leave fractional reviews so Im rounding up.

MAKE SURE YOU READ EVERYTHING SO YOU CAN SAVE YOURSELF FROM AN ENDLESS NIGHTMARE WITH THIS APARTMENT. THEY DON’T EVEN DESERVE A ⭐️.
Utility Billing:
You don’t pay for what you use — you pay for what everyone else uses. Water and trash alone will run you over $200 every month. And don’t forget, you also pay for electricity and gas on your own. Your total bill will easily end up between $400–$500 a month.
Parking:
If someone parks in your assigned spot, you have zero access to management for help. You can call, email, whatever — nobody answers and nobody responds.
Communication:
The only time they reach out is when a payment is late. That’s the only thing they care about.
Extra Charges:
They’ll charge you for basic apartment maintenance as if it’s extra. They also have a history of billing tenants for things that were never their fault. For example, sewage flooded my bedroom and bathroom for days, and they still tried to make me pay for their own mess — including the cleaning.
Noise Issues:
The windows and doors are not soundproof, so expect constant noise from cars and the street.
Inconsistent Management:
They rotate or fire apartment managers so often that service requests get delayed, lost, or ignored entirely.
Security Deposit:
Don’t expect to get your deposit back, even if you leave the apartment in perfect condition. They will still try to charge you for their own maintenance issues and damages they were responsible for.
FINAL ADVICE:
DON’T RENT HERE. If you work hard for an honest living, protect your money and your peace — this place will drain both.

We scheduled a tour for a three-bedroom apartment, clearly stating in advance that we were only interested in a 3-bedroom. We were invited for an appointment and the time was confirmed. However, when we arrived, the leasing office staff ignored us, even though we could clearly see them inside. No one opened the door, and by the time our appointment started, we saw that the staff were just enjoying their lunch.
In the end, we were told that there were no apartments available to view, and we had come for nothing. This was by far the worst and most disrespectful experience we’ve ever had trying to tour an apartment.
