  Booked a tour to view a 1 bedroom. when I got there I was received as if I was disturbing the office manager. I waited patiently, and then was told the apartment that I booked a tour for was not available. Classic bait and switch. Listen to the negative comments. And don’t bother trying to “give them credit” for replying to both positive and negative comments on here. That’s just something lazy complex’s with bad reviews do to make themselves seem professional. As opposed to actually being professional in business practices.

  Absolutely love the apartments, the managers that take care of the property are very kind and helpful. The people in the apartments are very friendly and the apartments themselves are in good condition. I’d recommend any family friend.

  No good, period. Bloods and cpa's and the thin blue line are a permanent fixture here along with people treating there animals like lesser then an attempting to result to violence when you offer to purches with your money no strings attached pet supplies for them. Not one word promised by landlord on move in was followed through on. I've had to do all pest control and repairs both within my apartment as well as OUTSIDE too! Had to fix gate about 8 times now on my time and dime (it's next to my window so the constant slamming is a constant problem. There's worse out there, butI just can't find a single redeeming value here. There's simply much better out there in the same price range so why bother, also the pics must be from 5-10 years ago or taken with a nice camera and a very artistic eye and touching up after, looks nothing like that.
