  I don’t even live in the same building, yet I can clearly hear a neighbor’s dog barking for hours every day. The dog is often left alone on the balcony for 4–5 hours at a time, barking nonstop. If residents in neighboring buildings can hear it this easily, it’s clearly a serious noise issue. Management has been made aware of the problem, but nothing seems to change. It’s frustrating and disappointing that such an ongoing disturbance continues without any effective action being taken.

  I’ve lived in this apt complex for a few yrs now and I was happy to call this my new home but not anymore. It’s actually embarrassing inviting guests over because now you have literal teenagers playing soccer and football by the elevator on the 3rd floor. This isn’t a 3rd world country where rules are not enforced but the manager is never in the office or walking through the apt complex to actually notice nor care. I’m tired of coming home from work and kids screaming being loud and to top it off throwing balls around running around as if it’s a playground. This place is deteriorating so fast because management doesn’t care for the quality of life here instead they are more focused on accepting anyone Laundry room- has 0 surveillance cameras so at nights you will see people doing drugs while charging their phone! Parking garage- I’ve had to call parking enforcement myself because vehicles are always blocking the driveway. Mind you management office is front and center but won’t tow just turns a blind eye. Also water is always leaking from the roof. Security- they have stolen motorcycles from neighbors before and broken into vehicles many times but yet again 0 surveillance cameras. Long story short we pay thousands of dollars a months to be living under this poor living conditions. Get it together Independence Plaza/ Davlyn Properties most of us tenants are upset and ready to move out of this so called ”luxury apartments”.

  We have been living here for over 4 years and we haven’t any problem with neighbors. We rent a two bedroom apartment and is a good size for a family of four. The gym is frequently sanitized and pool is always clean. Karina, the manager is very helpful and makes sure everything runs good. You’ll see Lorenzo the maintenance worker every morning swiping the perimeter making sure everything is clean and when we need something to be done in the apartment it usually done in less than 24 hours.We are very happy to live here, I just wished they had three bedroom apartments so we won’t have to move as our family gets bigger so we can continue to stay here.Overall, this is a great place to call home.
