  Beautiful apartments, management has provided excellent customer service but Sam has gone above and beyond to help us with our move, walked us through the entire process and accommodated some special requests we had. This is a very clean and safe area. We also love they that they are pet friendly. Building amenities is the cheery on top with laundry on site, pool, jacuzzi, bbq grills and assigned parking with secured gate

  The current management is the best it has been in all my 3 years of living here. Kudos to Rita, Donna, and Francisco for all of their receptiveness and willingness to get things done!

  If i could give 0 stars for a review trust me i would. If you are looking into this apartment complex PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and look somewhere else. At first glance you would think you were lucky to find a place like this. not only do they over charge the management is horrible and rude. Many robberies and trespassing and the management does nothing to stop it. I cannot wait until my lease is over. Trust me when i say everyone hates living here

  We were looking to move quickly, and Chatsworth Pointe made everything so easy for us! Leonard was so welcoming and friendly to both my husband and I, and walked us step-by-step through the whole process! Upon move in, anything we requested work on, they moved quickly on, which is so much appreciated. Best prices in the valley for the amount of space you get and the nice fixtures and amenities, neighbors are friendly, property is clean, and we are just so excited to call this place home!

  Although the actual apartment is great and the tenants are friendly management and maintenance dont put in any effort whatsoever in maintaining the apartment hallways, walls, doors or handling maintenance requests. I've submitted three requests to fix a few issues in my apartment and to replace a defective gate controller AND a broken mail key but no one has responded or tried resolving the issue in almost a month. They have even ignored my emails and phone calls, but as soon as one dog craps on their grass they're quick to send out a community notice that they will fine you if you don't clean up right away. I don't recxomend this location.
