  I have lived in Newport Apartment since December 2020 Properties always nice and clean. The staff are very nice and friendly. The residents are really nice. The rent is really reasonable. The landscaping is beautiful and the newly renovated patios and stairwells look really nice. Inside the units are really nice too. The only thing I can say is I wish there was a little bit more insulation in between the walls so you don’t hear the neighbors that much and if you live on a downstairs unit or second floor unit I wish there were some insulation in the ceiling so that way when people are walking around and moving their furniture, you don’t hear them as much other than that whenever I’ve had an issue maintenance has came out and fixed it right away The pool in the spa are really nice and so is the gym. And it’s great because it’s close to downtown Campbell and Los Gatos and the Los Gatos Creek Trail in the Santa Clara County percolation Ponds Park on dell Avenue.

  Living at the Newport Apartments has been an absolute amazing. This apartment truly is cozy it's so inviting and comfortable, and the natural light just pours in, making every room feel bright and airy. Largely thanks to their cute pool area. The pool itself is immaculately maintained, always sparkling clean, and surprisingly spacious, so even on a busy weekend, it never feels overcrowded. I would definitely recommend.

  Great move in experience, the staff are very nice and knowledgeable, and the swimming pool looks awesome
