She always smiles and says hi and her door is always open. She cares about the residents and is always willing to help. I have loved having her here.

The maintenance employee (Carlos) is also very responsive if there is an issue. He's always willing to help out if needed. They both are pleasant and make living here enjoyable.

Los encargados de mantenimiento son unos totales ineptos, vivir allí es una tortura. Para nada recomendable y para completar, la administradora es alguien que te discrimina por tu origen racial. Mucho cuidado que van a tener problemas.
