  Melissa, the manager, is absolutely wonderful! She was very adamant about making sure my concerns were addressed in a timely manner. She always smiles and says hi and her door is always open. She cares about the residents and is always willing to help. I have loved having her here.

  The management (Alma) is very helpful and responds immediately to any questions or concerns if they should arise. The maintenance employee (Carlos) is also very responsive if there is an issue. He's always willing to help out if needed. They both are pleasant and make living here enjoyable.

  Outdated apartment where we do not get hot water in the kitchen. When we complained, they said it would require extensive work where we would need to manage weeks of our accommodation outside when we are already renting here. And they charge $50-$100 every month for hot water in addition to the water and sewer charges. The staff that work here are great but the management seems to be the problem.
