- JKJonathan KogerAug 30, 20261.0My experience here was deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend these apartments to prospective tenants. The location is frequently disruptive, featuring loud parties that run until 2:00 AM, a problematic environment directly across the street, and safety hazards including multiple unleashed dogs roaming the property. The apartment's architectural layout is highly impractical. It features a poorly placed corner fireplace, insufficient counter space, unusable dead zones in the kitchen, and a narrow hallway-style bathroom that leaves zero room for storage or personalization. Maintenance and infrastructure are also major concerns; during my lease, both the air conditioning and the water heater failed completely, My stackable washer and dryer was broken for the first two months I lived here and there were roaches when I moved in...and later mice running around my backyard, additionally, the lack of porch coverings means any items left on the back patio are regularly ruined by rain. When you factor in overpriced rent, poor property management responsiveness, (good luck reaching the office by phone most of the time) and unfair move-out charges—such as forfeiting half a security deposit over minimal touch-up painting—it is simply not worth the cost. Future renters would be wise to look elsewhere.
