  Over 1 year of residency. Never had any issues with part repairs or staff. Has a fair amount of parking for apartment standards. They also didn't screw me over with random costs or fees after moving out which is known to happen at some places. Has some ant/roach problems in the first couple months but they had pest control do work and was fine for the rest of the stay. Walls are pretty thick and never had an issue with neighbors. Bit pricy but it's not a trashy place which is nice. Would recommend if it's in your budget.

  Love my apartment and the community is perfect for my family! The maintenance team are so responsive and amazing. Special shout out to Daniel for all that you did to make my apartment ready! I don't want to forget about Willie for all your help with the application process which was quick and easy!

  We have been living at Deer Valley for about 5/6 years now and our experience has been great! The property is gated as safety is an important factor when raising kids. The management and maintenance team are responsive and helpful. The apartments have recently had an update on the paint and it gives the property a fresh new look. My family and I spend most our summer at the pool which is always kept clean. We are excited and looking forward to the pools renovation reveal to kickoff the summer! 10/10 recommend living here!

  Very nice complex, staff is easy to work with & the maintenance crew is quick to handle any issues I’ve had. Would recommend.

  We've lived at Deer Valley for over five years. We find it a safe and secure complex to live in. It's located in a nice neighborhood, with plenty of shopping close by. The staff are very responsive to maintenance needs and friendly.
