  I am a new resident at The Villas at Anacapa Canyon, and I am 150% satisfied with my decision to live here! My journey began as a walk-in without an appointment. Resident Services Specialist Katya Obukhova welcomed me warmly and dedicated an incredible amount of time explaining the pros and cons of both Anacapa Canyon and Mission Hills. Her impeccable customer service and thorough tour covering the pool, gym, mail concierge, and the step-by-step application process, she went completely above and beyond. I returned to the leasing office and met with Chloe who helped me with the online verification process which was not cooperating with me. After signing the lease Katya was kind and submitted a couple of work orders for me. Everyone here is incredibly kind, helpful, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process and even well after move-in to ensure I am completely satisfied.The maintenance team is also entirely on point, these guys didn’t miss a beat! The work order for my garage code and remote, was handled immediately without any wait. On top of the stellar service and attentiveness I received from Katya and the leasing office team, the community itself is beautifully clean and well-manicured, parking spaces are assigned, and I feel incredibly safe noticing multiple police vehicles patrolling the grounds. I have been too busy unpacking to catch up with the upcoming school start date to fully use the pool or gym yet, but walking by, the facility looks incredibly clean, inviting, and tempting. I can't wait to wrap up unpacking and enjoy it. Everyone here is so friendly and kind, I highly recommend this community for anyone who is looking for place to call home.

  Katya was very welcoming, helpful, kind & knowledgeable when my family first showed interest in this beautiful community. She helped make the move to our new home run smoothly. I would definitely recommend working with her, shes great at her job. Thank you, Katya!

  Our experience here has been amazing! Chloe in the leasing office was so responsive throughout the entire process, was always willing to give us the most transparent information and was just so helpful form start to finish. We were nervous about the parking per the reviews, but with planning ahead and communicating clearly with Chloe, we were able to secure our spots ahead of time with no issue. When we picked up our keys, Moises was very thorough in giving us the info we needed to adjust to our new apartment seamlessly. Our apartment is very clean and all the appliances work perfectly. We are loving it and so excited to be here!

  We're so happy we found The Villas! From the application process through move-in, Chloe and her team have been absolutely amazing. They were welcoming, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate all of their help and support throughout the process.
