  So many bugs unfortunately. Many issues with damages to paint, kitchen appliances, lack of ac, and many other issues prior to moving in. Be prepared to take photos of everything, and show to the office. Not to mention the importance in buying bug repellents!

  I had several outside issues come up during the processing of my application. If not for the patience and constant follow-up from the Office Manager, Chase P., I would not have found my new home! Chase was professional and personable the entire time. She is a great manager who truly went above and beyond the call of duty for me. Thank you, Chase!

  Resident that's been here so so long? "Sergio the maintenance guy" is worth every dollar, an asset for Terra Camarillo APT> If I have any problems with the apt unit he is their to resolve the issues. He is very valuable person for your company and very reliable hard working employee you guys have, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, GIVE HIM MORE HOURS he deserves it !?! I recommend he should be in Manager or a higher position he won"t let your guys down
