I had a list of continuous inquiries and I got all questions answered; in fact I saw all the available units twice.. she wanted to make sure I am happy with my choices. So, to sum up: the exceptional management, beautiful locality. In addition, any maintenance requests or concerns are handled promptly and efficiently, making the community a comfortable and enjoyable place to live. I love living here.

The neighborhood is beautiful and well-maintained, and has a wonderful dog park and playground. It very much a 'neighborhood' where folks greet each other and know each other, and the apartment complex was always very fast to respond to my few maintenance requests. I would move back here in a heartbeat and recommend it.

My family and I had an amazing 5 years at the property and have had nothing but a positive experience at the property fueled by its excellent maintenance staff, office staff, renting agents and Management Company. James and his maintenance staff go above and beyond to provide top notch service with friendly, experienced and trustworthy maintenance team. The office staff from Chloe, Katya, Jessica, Moises, DePaola and forgive me if i've missed anyone, provide amazing customer service and problem solve any issues that arise in a timely, friendly and thorough manner. I hated to say goodbye to Mission Hills but I was becoming an empty nester and needed to downgrade to a 1 bedroom apartment, but I love the properties so much that I just moved over to their new second phase property, The Villas at Anacapa Canyon. This property is gorgeous and also equipped with amazing, experienced and friendly staff members. I highly recommend either of these properties to anyone wanting to move into a beautifully nestled, safe, quiet, well maintained and very friendly community. From the staff to the neighbors, I've had nothing but a positive experience at both properties. If you're looking for gorgeous views, modern and full equipped apartment homes, look no further!
