  Mission Hills is a very nice place. We lived in a few places in LA area, and this place is by far the best. We would like to say special thanks to Katya Obukhova for being such a warm host.

  We put in a maintenance request yesterday because our A/C stopped working and we hadn't been able to sleep because our temps have gotten so high this week. High 80s, working towards low 90s!!! As usual, we received a very fast response, even knowing how busy our maintenance staff is here at Mission Hills, especially right now with everyone calling because of needing work done on their A/C units. These fellas work so very hard, and always do a great job! They're always helpful and friendly. Our Service Technician wrote his name on our Maintenance Ticket as Joey, but we dealt with more than just him. The office staff who I called, those that responded to my Residential Maintenance request and those who stopped by to see how everything was going. Everyone here is wonderful.

  I had a wonderful experience with Mission Hills Apartments, and with Moises who guided me in finding the right apartment. Not only is the apartment everything I was looking for, the move-in to the apartment went smoothly thanks to the seamless operation of the Mission Hills office and the advice I received from Moises and others in the office about what to expect on move-in day. Thank you Mission Hills Apartments.

  Moved in this month! I want to emphasize that Chloe was really helpful during the process of moving in from start to finish. She was quick and very informational with the responses which made the move so much smoother. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood and lots of places to explore and walk, if you do like walking around. They have a park with an amazing view during sunset and a small garden. They have 2 pools and a gym as well.

  Chloe was great- professional, friendly, knowledgeable. I had a list of continuous inquiries and I got all questions answered; in fact I saw all the available units twice.. she wanted to make sure I am happy with my choices. So, to sum up: the exceptional management, beautiful locality. In addition, any maintenance requests or concerns are handled promptly and efficiently, making the community a comfortable and enjoyable place to live. I love living here.
