  We first met Kris at an open house when we were very much in our “just looking” phase. As we slowly made our way from casually browsing listings to actually being ready to buy our first home, Kris was always there to share listings he thought we’d love, answer our endless questions, and make time to show us homes. Not once did he make us feel rushed or pressured to pull the trigger on a home. He truly had our best interests at heart and was on a mission to ensure we ended up with the perfect home for us. From day one, Kris was attentive, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. As first-time homebuyers, we had A LOT to learn, and we truly leaned on his expertise throughout the entire process. He patiently walked us through every step, made sure we understood what was happening, and helped make what could have been an overwhelming experience feel surprisingly smooth and manageable. Most importantly, Kris made the whole experience FUN! Buying our first home was a huge milestone for us, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to have by our side.   Highly recommend Kris! We found him by chance after almost 8 months of searching with another real estate team and not being happy with the experience. Within just one month of working with Kris, we found our home! Kris knows the market extremely well, is very responsive, assertive, and always tells you the truth instead of just what you want to hear. He moves fast, gives great advice, and truly fights for his clients. He also has an amazing network of people around him, from brokers to inspectors and other professionals, which made the entire process much easier and smoother.   Kris was very easy to work with when looking for a place to rent in the Peninsula / South Bay. Kris took my requirements (pet friendly, in unit laundry, etc.) and I started received listings immediately on a daily basis (automated, as soon as new listings from realtors in the network showed up with a requirement match). Kris even helpfully inquired after laundry amenities for us when listings weren’t quite specific enough and reported back very quickly on if laundry was actually in unit or communal. Thanks Kris!
