I recently worked with him in the Bay Area, and he is a true professional who genuinely cares about the highest quality. I walked into one of his completely flipped properties, and it was stunning-completely modern, beautiful, and high-end from top to bottom.   I was very fortunate to have found Kris and working with him to help my daughter find a rental in the Bay Area before starting her new job in June. We didn’t realize how competitive and expensive Bay Area housing market was until we spent weeks of fruitless searches online complicated by the fact that we were two time zones away. Following a friend’s advice to seek a help from a local realtor, we reached out to Kris. First thing that he stood out was he’s a genuinely kind person. He’s super responsive and communicates really well. He did not hesitate to drive to properties that we were interested in to do virtual tours and talk to the rental managers in person. This was super helpful as we were weary of potential scams. Knowing that he’s in the area in case my daughter needs housing related help in the future it’s very comforting. I highly recommend Kris for anyone’s real estate related needs!
