  Highly recommend Kris! We found him by chance after almost 8 months of searching with another real estate team and not being happy with the experience. Within just one month of working with Kris, we found our home! Kris knows the market extremely well, is very responsive, assertive, and always tells you the truth instead of just what you want to hear. He moves fast, gives great advice, and truly fights for his clients. He also has an amazing network of people around him, from brokers to inspectors and other professionals, which made the entire process much easier and smoother. We feel very lucky we found him and couldn’t be happier with the experience. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and dedicated realtor, Kris is your guy!

  Kris was very easy to work with when looking for a place to rent in the Peninsula / South Bay. Kris took my requirements (pet friendly, in unit laundry, etc.) and I started received listings immediately on a daily basis (automated, as soon as new listings from realtors in the network showed up with a requirement match). Kris even helpfully inquired after laundry amenities for us when listings weren’t quite specific enough and reported back very quickly on if laundry was actually in unit or communal. Thanks Kris!

  If you are wondering whether or not you should work with Chris, the answer is a definitive yes. I recently worked with him in the Bay Area, and he is a true professional who genuinely cares about the highest quality. I walked into one of his completely flipped properties, and it was stunning-completely modern, beautiful, and high-end from top to bottom. It's clear that Chris holds everyone he works with to an incredibly high standard, whether it's the staging, contractors, painters, or media team.
