  I have really enjoyed my experience here at Anson. The community is well maintained, the amenities are great, and the location is very convenient. The management and maintenance teams are responsive and helpful whenever I need anything. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live in Burlingame

  I’ve been living here for 2 years. And this past 2 years has been wonderful overall. Most of the neighbors are super nice, my dogs and I made so many friends here! The leasing managers and staffs are all helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place for anyone that is looking for dog friendly homes. There are also a lot of parks and trails around.

  I’ve really enjoyed living at Anson and want to give a special shoutout to Dana Jordan, the Property Manager, and the entire team for the work they put into the community. Anson is a beautiful property with great amenities, and I’ve noticed how much effort goes into keeping the community clean, well maintained, and enjoyable for residents. The maintenance team works incredibly hard, especially when it comes to keeping areas like the pool and other shared spaces looking their best. I’ve also had the opportunity to see Dana interact with residents and handle some challenging situations firsthand. She is approachable, communicative, and clearly cares about the community. I especially appreciate that she is willing to address issues when necessary and enforce community rules when they aren’t being followed. That isn’t always an easy part of property management, but it is important when you’re trying to maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for everyone. What I appreciate most is that there is a genuine effort from the entire team to make Anson a nice place to live. When concerns come up, Dana is present and willing to address them rather than ignoring them. Overall, I’ve had a great experience living here and really appreciate everything Dana, the maintenance team, and the rest of the staff do to take care of the property and its residents. I’m very happy to call Anson home and would absolutely recommend the community to others.

  If you want to enjoy a nice harassment environment, absolutely come to Anson! Our delightful new property manager will make sure you never get too comfortable in the place you pay a lot of money to live in. I’ve been living here for 3 years, and honestly everything changed with the new management. Before, Anson actually felt like a community. Now you feel like somebody is always watching what you’re doing or waiting to tell you something. For example, I invited my brother, his wife and their 3-year-old daughter to the pool. The property manager came over to tell us that only 2 guests are allowed. So literally my brother’s wife had to go back to my apartment so my little niece could stay and enjoy the pool. Seriously? We are talking about a 3-year-old little girl. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. And things like this keep happening. At this point, even going to the pool is not enjoyable anymore. You go there to relax, not to feel like you’re being supervised. The funny part is, while there is so much attention on residents and what we are doing, just look at the actual condition of the property. Dog poop everywhere, stains, bad smells in the hallways and amenities that are not being maintained like before. Maybe some of that energy used to chase residents around could be used for that instead. And if you have a car, good luck 😂. They will be watching where you park too. Even if I stop for 15 minutes waiting for my wife to come downstairs and take the car to pick up our daughters, somehow that becomes an issue too. Anson has changed a lot, and unfortunately not in a good way. I’ve been here long enough to know the difference. You pay a lot of money to live here. The minimum you should expect is to feel comfortable in your own home and enjoy the amenities you’re paying for without feeling like you’re doing something wrong every time you step outside your apartment. Maybe management should spend a little less time policing families and a little more time actually taking care of the community.

  The pool is a joke crowded and dirty. The dog run is obnoxious! This place is LOUD! From the plains, trains, and automobiles. You can hear the dogs fighting EVERYDAY ALL DAY (large and small), entryways are ALWAYS dirty, and yet management does nothing upon any request submitted. Not one call back, not a solution of any kind and I find it outrageous considering the rental amount. I think they find it funny to send one to a dead end phone number or email. A lot of us work from home and this is not a feasible location. Considering the amount they charge, you would expect more from management.
