  Horrible new manager, Dana Jordan (with Willow Bridge management company). She’s terrible at managing this property. Dog poop and pee are everywhere, especially in the seating area. Imagine trying to eat by the BBQ and finding it covered in dog waste and urine. The apartment complex is in disrepair. None of the fire pits, amenities, or anything else is maintained. You’re lucky if even one of the four elevators works (at least two have been out of order for over six months). Management won’t talk to you; they’ll just push your serious concerns off to an email or phone number with no response. Don’t live at this overpriced apartment where 99% of the “luxury” amenities are non-functional!

  Anson has been a very happy home for us over the last three years that we've lived here. The management team, Dana and Michael, are always extremely welcoming, friendly and responsive. On the rare occasion we've had a maintenance request, it has been dealt with promptly and efficiently - often on the same day. Communal areas are kept spotless and we've been very appreciative of the shared spaces like the gym, office rooms and pool. There's a lovely community feel at Anson and neighbors are respectful. Our pup is also very happy living here, too - we're able to take advantage of a well-maintained dog-friendly park within the complex, plus being within walking distance to public dog parks.

  I recently moved into Anson Apartments, and I couldn’t be happier! The move-in process was incredibly smooth and easy. On top of that, it’s such a wonderful, dog-community. The fitness center is well-equipped, and spending weekends by the beautiful pool and hot tub feels like living at a resort. Highly recommend this Burlingame gem!

  Beautiful, safe, warm building with excellent staff. Dana helped me with heavy bags late at night the first day I moved in and we were tired after a flight. She made us feel welcome every time we had a question or needed help. The staff is kind and responsive generally. My family loves the patio and we love eating dinners outside with other residents.

  If you asked me last year, I could not stop recommending this place to people. Now, it’s the opposite. Do not move here. Changing to new management has probably been the worst thing to happen to this complex. The new leasing office manager, Dana, displays extremely inappropriate behavior. Threatening to evict over personal issues, constant harassment about minor issues, the list goes on. Since management all live on site, they will harass you on Sundays, or even after hours if you’re doing something they don’t like. For the price they charge here, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
