  Well... The location was at perfect 👌 spot of Washington and Harris🫢. The African American manager named Kim looked professional but her actions WEREN'T. She showed the model of 2 bedrooms/2 baths nicely staged. She then showed the location of prospective apartment which was in good location. She then set up appointment to have L&L (Look & Lease) right there in her office with promos of free rents..No holding deposit allowed. As everything was agreed and appointment was set for another week. She then changed her BAITING TACTICS calling the prospective tenants of changes a day afterwards as follows: Unfortunately, there were changes that they could NOT accommodated as promised, but they had something else's instead off!..They then stayed SILENT for days without returning calls to their prospective clients until almost 1 week later. They had another younger receptionist called and left messages that the apartment was now available for viewing and renting out. Come ASAP since there were others whom also interested in their area's of crooked at intersection of Washington & Harris in Bermuda Doom! 🤣😂.. They should change their name from Mirabella to Miserables! 😆😄. PERIOD..

  Warning to prospective tenants: Proceed with caution if you value peace of mind, fair treatment, and transparency. I lived at Mira Bella Apartments in Bermuda Dunes, CA, for several years. My fiancé and I were respectful tenants who always paid rent on time through their online portal — until we encountered serious problems that escalated into a legal dispute. In February 2025, we reported a wobbly mirror closet door that later broke while my fiancé was trying to realign it. We had previously mentioned the issue during their inspection. When maintenance arrived weeks later with the wrong-sized replacement door, we politely raised concerns. The technician became upset and left mid-job — we even have video proof of this interaction. We brought the matter to the property manager, Martha Escobedo, who told us that if we didn’t like the way they handled things, we could “just move out.” When we responded that we would move out on our own terms, she served us with a Three-Day Notice to Quit just three hours later — a move that felt clearly retaliatory. We attempted to resolve things in good faith, calling FPI Management (the parent company) multiple times and even hired an attorney at our own expense, paying $3,200 for legal help. Despite this, the rent portal was blocked, and we were unable to pay March rent — something we can prove with dated screenshots. They still charged us late fees and attorney’s fees — even after they dropped their eviction case against us. That’s right — we filed an answer in court, and just days later, they dismissed the case without prejudice. We moved out on May 1 and submitted a change of address form, yet they falsely claimed we didn’t provide one and withheld our $600 deposit. Now, we are being chased by a collections agency for over $7,400 including late fees, attorney fees, and other unexplained charges. We are disputing the debt formally and preparing to take this to civil court. This was not just bad management — it was a deeply retaliatory and emotionally distressing experience. I now have medical documentation from urgent care and my primary doctor due to the anxiety this situation caused me. Please — if you are considering moving here, ask questions, document everything, and read the lease carefully. If anything goes wrong, you may find yourself on your own — like we did.

  Mirabella is a very quiet and tranquil place to live. The amenities are fantastic even thinking about our 4 legged buddies. The staff office and maintenance staff are very attentive and quick to help with anything you might need.

  I lived in the E building… Bee’s came into my apartment through a hole in roof vent!!! They did absolutely nothing! Had to wait a week for the office to someone out to fix it. They did not refund me for the hotel. The bee’s were in my two year old daughters room.
