  My wife and I had a rough hill to climb for us to get to be able to buy a home but Lisa Estes was there for us at every turn with advice and people for us to contact! She made sure that we were always taken care and helped and made us feel like family. It felt like she built bridges to help us get into our dream home! I would recommend her to every person in Bakersfield. She was absolute joy to work with and always went the extra mile!

  Working with Lisa Estes was one of the best decisions we made during our home journey. Lisa made the entire home buying process feel like a dream. From start to finish, she was professional, approachable, and always available whenever we had questions. She never made me feel uncomfortable no matter how many questions we asked. Her patience, support, and knowledge especially when it came to navigating the VA loan process gave is complete confidence every step of the way. Lisa was there for us throughout the entire process, making sure everything stayed on track and that we understood what was happening. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients. I also want to recognize her incredible office staff. Everyone was welcoming and professional from the friendly voice answering the phone to the greeting we received every time we walked into the office. A special thank you to her assistant, Vanessa, who was absolutely amazing and always so kind and helpful. We can't say enough wonderful things about Lisa and her team.   Lisa was absolutely fantastic! We had tons of questions and she had answers to all of them! She made the process much less stressful than we thought it would be. If you’re prepared with your documentation then pre approval goes so incredibly fast. She definitely is one of the best at what she does. Her assistant is also extremely knowledgeable and available for questions. Lisa worked with our agent and we all became a team. I honestly can’t thank her enough for making this experience possible and special.
