  Gordon Team Realty was awesome with selling our large home and purchasing another home to downsize to a 55 Plus Community ! William , Sheeza and Frank work very hard to support their clients, they stick by you through the ups and downs of buying/selling . It was a pleasure having the team on our side and available long hours if needed to answer questions or create an action plan on the latest offers or counters . We recommend the Gordon Team ! Also , their staff was so Informative, courteous and efficient. Thank You William , Sheeza and Frank 👏

  Sheeza, William, Frank and their team were GREAT. Selling a house while starting a new job in a different state is not an easy thing, and the Gordon Team made things so much easier. They took care of every single detail, from getting the house ready to show, to working with the buyers to address all their concerns, to supervising the required repairs, all while I was miles away. I don't have words to express my gratitude to the Gordon Team. I would work with them again without a doubt.

  The Gordon Team did an excellent job selling our family home in Bakersfield. It was not an easy sale, and throughout the process the team managed everything seamlessly while I was living outside the area and unable to handle many of the day-to-day details personally. Selling a longtime family home after the loss of a parent can be emotionally and logistically difficult, but the Gordon Team handled the process with professionalism, patience, and compassion throughout. The team worked creatively to market the home, remained persistent in following leads, held open houses, and continuously assessed market conditions to keep the process moving forward. Their use of modern communication tools and regular status updates greatly reduced the burden on me to constantly follow up for information. Most importantly, during the final closing steps, the team went the extra mile to coordinate and support the many appointments and activities required at the house while I was unavailable. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication made a difficult process much easier for our family. I would highly recommend The Gordon Team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
